Two scrumptious worlds collide.  Looks like a trip to Birdbath Bakery is on the horizon. kindacarsick posted: These, my friends, are pretzel croissants, sweet and savory and flaky and weird and all-around glorious.  I joined the legion of pretzel croissant obsessives last winter, when the Birdbath bakery in the East Village was out of miso-plum muffins and I reluctantly agreed to try the funny-looking croissant instead.  It was love, you guys.  Love. All of my subsequent visits to New York were orchestrated around obtaining pretzel croissants as frequently as possible.  Apparently there are plans for a Birdbath in West Hollywood soon, and I am more excited about this than I can appropriately convey via text post.
